- Upon approval for program, allow 24 hours for the website to update and access to be granted.
- HLC recommends that you visit your Automate & Save Preferences page to set up your preferences and default settings.
- Determine how you would like to place your orders and start ordering!

What are the requirements to participate in Automate & Save?
Automate & Save is a FREE program from HLC. There is no cost to participate.
The only requirement is that you have the ability to configure an automated connection with HLC to send us your current inventory, min, and max levels from your point of sale system.
HLC has built out this functionality for Lightspeed R and can connect your system to ours through a simple Chrome extension. Click here to learn more.
We will also be working on more integrations in the future. If you want to use this service now, you can also create your own connection using our API.
How, exactly, are shipments triggered?
HLC will use the enabled connection to monitor your current stock levels and compare against your system-defined min and max levels. Once your current inventory reaches your defined minimum level we will automatically create an Automate & Save cart that will replenish your inventory back to your max level.
Automate & Save carts will be submitted automatically based on your Automate & Save preferences.
HLC best price guarantee
HLC will guarantee you the best available price for any automated item. We will scan all available pricing (sale, program, closeout, etc.) at the time the cart is submitted and ensure that the lowest price available is what is applied to the order.
Can I add items to my Automate & Save cart to enjoy the free shipping?
YES!!! And, we encourage you to do just that. You can add items to your Automate & Save carts to enjoy the guaranteed free ground delivery. You can also use our merge cart feature to merge pre-built carts to your Automate & Save cart. Keep in mind, Automate & Save carts are created based on your configured settings by location. Therefore, delivery addresses may not be modified on Automate & Save carts.
Can I modify the shipping method for Automate & Save Carts?
Unfortunately not. Because HLC is covering the entire shipping cost for these shipments, we will determine the most cost-effective method of delivery based on the shortest ground transit time and our cost for delivery.
