Doorstep Delivery
Doorstep Delivery is a program offered to retailers whereby HLC will ship orders directly to the end user on behalf of the retailer. Commonly known as drop shipping, Doorstep Delivery is a simple way to improve your customers’ experience while maximizing your efficiencies as a retailer.

Getting Started
- Complete Doorstep Delivery Agreement
- Upon approval for program, allow 24 hours for the website to update and access to be granted.
- HLC recommends that you visit your Doorstep Delivery Preferences page to set up your preferences and default settings.

Pricing
All Doorstep Delivery orders will receive normal dealer pricing. This means any sales, program discounts, or promotions for which you qualify will apply to Doorstep Delivery orders. Whatever you would pay for a stocking order is what you will pay for the same item if shipped using Doorstep Delivery. You make your normal margins.
Shipping
Once an order is flagged as Doorstep Delivery (achieved by changing the delivery address to something other than an address already on file), the Doorstep Delivery shipping terms will apply.
All Doorstep Delivery orders will receive a processing fee of $5. This fee is applied to each order. An order can contain as many items as desired but cannot contain multiple delivery addresses.
Shipping charges are based on the contents of the order and any optional services desired by the retailer.
Orders will be shipped in non-branded boxes and will contain a packing document with no pricing, just a summary of what is being shipped, your return address, and the delivery address. To download an example of a Doorstep Delivery packing document, click the link below:

Doorstep Delivery orders may be sent to any residential or commercial address within the contiguous United States. The following addresses are NOT ALLOWED:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico
- PO Boxes (coming soon)
- Any country outside of the United States
International accounts are not eligible for Doorstep Delivery.
FAQ
What is the minimum Order Amount?
There is no minimum order amount.
Is everything available for Doorstep Delivery?
Some items may be marked as ineligible for Doorstep Delivery for various reasons. As a general rule, bicycles, merchandising items, and items weighing more than 70 lbs are excluded from Doorstep Delivery to the consumer. We are commited to keeping this service available on as many items as possible.
How quickly will my order ship?
If placed before the cut-off time for the respective distribution center, orders ship same-day.
How can I find tracking information for an order I placed?
Doorstep Delivery orders may be found in your Order History page just as a regular order would. You may also sign up for a daily summary of all Doorstep Delivery orders, including tracking information, by visiting your Doorstep Delivery Preferences page.
Can I change the warehouse from which a Doorstep Delivery order will ship?
Yes you can, but once a delivery address is modified and an order designated as Doorstep Delivery, our systems will take over. We will automatically determine the best warehouse from which to ship the order so the recipient will enjoy the shortest possible delivery time.
Example: If a retailer is in California and the recipient is in Florida, HLC will attempt to pull and ship the item(s) from our SC distribution center. If not available in SC, we will attempt to ship from PA, then TX, and finally NV. The warehouse hierarchy will be based on the delivery address for the order.
Who is responsible for sales tax?
Since there is no financial transaction between HLC and the recipient of the product, the selling party (retailer) is responsible for collection and remission of any and all applicable taxes.
Can i upgrade my delivery to a faster option?
For this (first) phase of Doorstep Delivery, expedited delivery options are not available.
