Steps For Celerant Retailers To Get Started
If the Celerant client already has the ‘Vendor Integrations’ package, which includes up to 4 vendors for catalog import and automated ordering, they can reach out to their Celerant Implementation Manager to get the project started. If they are not sure who their implementation manager is, they can email [email protected].
If the Celerant client does not already have the ‘Vendor Integrations’ package, or if they have already 4 vendors being utilized and need to add more, they can reach out to their Celerant sales representative to add on additional vendors to their package. If they are not sure who their sales representative is, they can email [email protected].
If the Celerant client is interested in adding on the eCommerce online feed (coming soon), in-store kiosks (coming soon) and/or drop ship with HLC, they can reach out to their Celerant sales representative to add on the package. If they are not sure who their sales representative is, they can email [email protected].
Once the Celerant client has the integrations included in their software package, a Celerant implementation manager (IM) will be assigned to begin the project with the client.
Unique customer credentials will be collected by the Celerant IM from HLC.
The IM will work with the client to provide the training and assist with all aspects of the setup, whether it be for in store or on their eCommerce site.
