Are you a professional retailer with a dedication to bikes?  Do you own or operate a mobile bicycle repair business? If so, you might qualify for a wholesale account with HLC. Please take a minute to read through the following information if you are interested in opening an account with HLC.

HLC is a wholesale distributor of bicycle parts and accessories selling primarily to retail bicycle and sporting goods businesses. HLC reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any business. In order to partner with HLC, you must complete our business application.

*HLC reserves the right to sell or not to sell to any business, as well as the right to close any active account as we deem necessary. 

Mobile Repair Requirements

  • Completed and signed HLC Business Application 
  • State resale tax identification number 
  • Certificate of resale or tax exemption (found here)
  • Proof of business liability insurance 
  • Daytime business phone 
  • Regular business hours 
  • Daytime shipping address 
  • Photos of inside and outside of repair vehicle (repair area, signage, etc. Must be more than a magnetic sign on a pick-up truck) 
  • Proof of advertising for business (newspaper, web ads, magazine, etc.) 
  • Additional information may be requested.

*Mobile Repair shops may be restricted from certain products in HLC inventory
