FAQ
How do I apply?
Click the “Apply Now” button near the top of the page or fill out the “Apply For This Position” form above.
How long does the application process take?
Depending on the role, it can take a few days or a few weeks. We will let you know what to expect if we select you after reviewing your resume.
How does the application process work?
First, please note that we only contact selected applicants.
Depending on the role, different processes are in place. For example, for an open position as a warehouse employee, HR or the direct supervisor will review the resumes we receive and the candidates we selected will be contacted to arrange an interview. HR or the direct supervisor will conduct this interview and, ultimately, the best candidate will be hired.
For most professional roles, HR will review the resumes we receive and, after that, there are potentially up to three interviews. First, with HR; second, with the direct supervisor; and third, with a panel of some other HLC employees. After each interview stage, a selection of candidates is made, so typically by the time we reach the panel interview stage, there are only 2–3 candidates left. Finally, the best candidate will be hired.
How long before my benefits become active?
Typically after the probation period of three (3) months.
